Joe O'Reilly, our Health & Safety Officer, oversees all safety protocols, ensuring standards are actively enforced on every site. We maintain comprehensive site-specific safety plans, mandatory safety inductions, daily toolbox talks, and regular safety audits—all in full compliance with HSA regulations.

Quality Management

Quality is embedded in every phase—from material selection to final handover. We maintain detailed quality control plans, conduct regular inspections at key stages, and provide comprehensive handover packs with O&M manuals. Our 12-month defects liability period includes responsive aftercare from our in-house maintenance team.

Compliance & Standards

All projects comply with Irish Building Regulations, Fire Safety, Disability Access (Part M), Energy Performance standards, and manufacturer specifications. We are a Construction Industry Federation (CIF) member and Safe-T-Cert registered contractor.

Technology & Project Controls

We use TRAVE and BoxCore systems to keep every project tightly managed from start to finish. These digital platforms provide real-time visibility on progress, safety compliance, and quality sign-offs, ensuring transparency at every stage.

QR-code safety inductions with digital method statements and permits
