Residential Sligo

Cabu by the Lakes

As with other areas of our building works all our waste is segregated and recycled wherever possible. We can even crush the rubble to be re-used later in the project.

Hotel Kilmore Function Room

S&A Construction was reappointed to refurbish the function rooms at Hotel Kilmore. The Shantamon and Sheelin suites were transformed with stylish upgrades, new furnishings, and fittings. LED lighting with customizable colors was installed to suit different moods and themes. The project was completed on schedule in three weeks.

Milbury Nursing Home

S & A Construction were appointed for the project of a purpose built, residential nursing home in Navan, Co. Meath Millbury Nursing Home is fitted with state of the art facilities all set within landscaped gardens that create a tranquil environment. This project was completed in budget and before the planned time of completion.

Crover House Hotel

S&A Construction was appointed for renovations at Crover House Hotel, Co. Cavan. The site was cleared, new groundwork completed, and a conservatory added for extra space and brightness. The suite received a full internal and external facelift, with stylish refurbishments, new furnishings, flooring, and fine woodwork enhancing its warmth and elegance.

Bruskey Community Hall

S&A Construction built a new multipurpose Community Centre in Bruskey, featuring a main hall, meeting room, kitchen and toilet fit-outs, and new parking facilities. The project, started in April 2018, was completed ahead of schedule in December 2018.

Hotel Kilmore, Cavan

S&A Construction completed a major two-story expansion of Hotel Kilmore, Cavan, adding 36 bedrooms, a bridal suite, a gym, boardroom, meeting room, function room, offices, and utility spaces. Locally sourced materials and labor supported the community, and the project finished three months ahead of schedule in Autumn 2016. The lobby and reception area were also remodeled with stylish new furnishings and carpets for a warmer ambiance.

Killykeen Forest Park

S&A Construction was appointed to upgrade Killykeen Forest Park, a scenic retreat on Lough Oughter, Co. Cavan. Over three years, we refurbished all log cabins and lake houses and built a new shop, clubhouse, spa, and treatment room. The timber-framed structures feature elegant, spacious designs that highlight their craftsmanship.
