Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare construction sites by clearing obstacles and setting up necessary barriers and signage.
• Excavate and level earth for foundations, roads, and drainage systems.
• Install and maintain drainage and pipework systems.
• Lay pavements, kerbs, and driveways.
• Operate and maintain construction machinery and equipment.
• Interpret and work from construction drawings and specifications.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations on all tasks.
• Collaborate effectively with other construction professionals, including engineers and project managers.

Qualifications:
• Proven experience as a Groundworker or in a similar role within the construction industry.
• Familiarity with construction operations and equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Strong understanding of safety procedures and regulations.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
• Physical stamina and the ability to perform manual labor in various weather conditions.
• A valid CSCS (Construction Skills Certification Scheme) card is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:
